Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out what you may and may not do with 4Afol. It supplements our Terms of Service. Breaching this AUP is a material breach of the Terms and may result in immediate suspension without refund.

You must not use the Service to:

• Break any law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Generate or distribute content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that promotes violence or self-harm.
• Attempt to obtain personalized investment, legal, medical, or tax advice and present AI output as such to third parties.
• Process another person's financial or personal data without a lawful basis and their informed consent.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract model weights, system prompts, or training data.
• Circumvent rate limits, credit metering, security controls, or authentication mechanisms.
• Send malicious code, phishing content, or spam through the Service or use it to attack any third-party system.
• Use the Service to build, evaluate, or benchmark a competing AI product without our written permission.
• Resell credits or AI output to third parties as a stand-alone product.

The Service is not designed for and must not be used as the sole basis for decisions with a significant legal or safety impact — including credit scoring, insurance underwriting, employment decisions, medical diagnosis, or law-enforcement profiling. A human must always make the final decision.

Content you submit or generate must be lawful, accurate to the best of your knowledge, and respectful of others. Do not upload documents containing another person's sensitive personal data unless you are entitled to process it and inform them.

If we believe you are breaching this AUP, we may:

• Warn you and ask you to stop the behaviour.
• Temporarily throttle or suspend your account.
• Terminate your account and forfeit unused credits.
• Cooperate with law enforcement where required.

We aim to act proportionately, but serious or repeated breaches will result in immediate termination.
