Terms of Service

By creating an account or using 4Afol (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you don't agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a binding contract between you and 4Afol sp. z o.o., Okrzei 10, 41-300 Dąbrowa Górnicza, Poland (the “Company”).

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secret.
• One person or household per account. Sharing credentials outside your household is not permitted.

The Service is pay-as-you-go: you buy credits and spend them on AI services. The reference price is 1 credit = €0.10; you can pay in EUR, USD, GBP, or PLN at the exchange rate shown at checkout.

• Credits are activated only after payment is received in full.
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts.
• Credits do not expire while your account is active.
• Promo codes are single-use per account unless stated otherwise.

4Afol produces informational insights generated by artificial intelligence. Output can be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. It is not personalized investment, tax, legal, or medical advice, and does not create a professional relationship. You remain responsible for every financial decision you make. Consult a licensed professional for material decisions.

You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, which prohibits illegal use, abuse of the Service, and attempts to extract or misuse third parties' personal data. Violations may result in suspension without refund.

You keep all rights in the prompts, documents, and data you submit (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely to operate the Service — for example, to route a prompt to an AI model and return the response to you, or to store your report so you can revisit it. We never sell Your Content and we never use it to train foundation models.

The Service, including software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by the Company and its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.

The Service integrates payment processors and AI model providers. Your use of those integrations is also subject to the third parties' own terms. The Company is not responsible for third-party outages, pricing, or policy changes outside its control.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy of AI output, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including lost profits or lost data.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, abuse the Service, or expose us to legal risk. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will do so.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Company's registered jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law grants you a different forum.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
